An ordinance directing the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure to develop a tool to continuously monitor and analyze the cumulative transportation effects of developments and/or rezonings so that regional transportation mitigations and capital infrastructure improvements can be appropriately programmed.
