An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by cancelling a Planned Unit Development Overlay District for properties located at 3014, 3001, 3026, 3048, 3034, 3025, 3041, and 3021 Owen Drive, and 12966 Old Hickory Boulevard, approximately 122 feet northwest of Firestone Parkway (36.46 acres), zoned AR2a and located within a Planned Unit Development Overlay District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 15-82P-003).
