An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS5 to R8-A zoning for properties located at 1812 and 1814 Haynes Street, approximately 345 feet north of Seminary Street (0.43 acres) and located within the Contextual Design Overlay District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2026Z-075PR-001).
