This resolution authorizes the execution, terms, issuance, sale, and payment of water and sewer revenue refunding and improvement bonds with a total principal amount not to exceed $700,000,000. It supplements a previous resolution to facilitate funding for water and sewer infrastructure projects and refunding existing bonds.
