This resolution amends Ordinance No. BL2023-146 to authorize the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to add phasing and abandon a fire hydrant assembly, update map and parcel information, and modify the linear feet of water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes, and easements for one property located at 11 Lucile Street, also known as City Vista Phase 1. The changes pertain to MWS Project Nos. 22-WL-141 and 22-SL-292 and Proposal No. 2023M-168ES-002.
