A resolution approving an intergovernmental agreement by and between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Department of Information Technology Services (“ITS”), and the State of Tennessee, Department of Transportation (“TDOT”), for the installation and maintenance of private license use facilities on the rights-of-way and highways under the jurisdiction of the State.
