A resolution approving an application for a Media Projects grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Nashville Public Library in conjunction with Nashville Education, Community, and Arts Television (NECAT), to produce “Branches” a documentary series examining the Nashville Public Library’s 21 branch locations as civic and cultural institutions.
