A resolution appropriating a total of $452,444 from the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to Street Works, dba Today’s Hope, and approving a grant contract by and between the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Street Works, dba Today’s Hope, for the provision of emergency financial assistance, medical case management, nutrition services, psychosocial services, early intervention services, outreach services, and transportation services for participants in the Ryan White Part A program.
