This resolution amends a previous ordinance to authorize changes to water and sewer infrastructure for the property at 117 B Straton Lane, also known as Walton Station Phase 1. It allows for the abandonment of existing public water mains and sanitary sewer manholes, modifies the acceptance of new water and sewer infrastructure, updates property map and parcel information, and adds project phasing.

A resolution to amend Ordinance No. BL2025-973 to authorize The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to add the abandonment of existing public water main and sanitary sewer manholes, to modify the acceptance of water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, to update Map and Parcel information and to add phasing, for property now located at 117 B Straton Lane, also now known as Walton Station Phase 1 (MWS Project Nos. 23-WL-100 and 23-SL-271 and Proposal No. 2025M-091ES-002).
