Resolution amending 741 of 2025, which amended Resolution 413 of 2025, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Block & Associates for legal services in connection with a current City construction project, by further authorizing an amendment to said Professional Services Agreement to amend the scope of work and allocate additional funding for a new not-to-exceed cost of ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($135,000.00) over two (2) years.
