Why is there no free plan?

Because the reading is free. Every bill, matter, council member, quote, and parcel page is public, and the weekly issue for each market is free to read and to forward. You pay when you want us to watch specific items for you and tell you the day they move.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

After 7 days, you'll be billed for the plan you chose ($29/mo Local or $99/mo Pro, or the annual price). Cancel anytime before the trial ends with no charge.

How does per-seat pricing work?

Each team member who needs to log in counts as one seat. Each seat gets their own login, alerts, tracked bills, and AI generation quota.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings. No annual contracts. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards via Stripe. We don't store your payment information.
