This ordinance amends the River North Urban Design Overlay District within the Metropolitan Code of Laws by updating the Regulating Plan and subdistrict designations for approximately 165.21 acres encompassing various properties on Cowan Street, Waterside Drive, Oldham Street, North 1st Street, River North Boulevard, Spring Street, and Cowan Court. The changes aim to revise zoning and urban design regulations in this area to guide future development.
