This ordinance authorizes the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public sanitary sewer infrastructure and fire hydrant assembly at two properties located at 1205 and 1223 Third Avenue North. It also authorizes the acceptance of new sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes, and easements associated with the 3rd and Madison Townhomes Phase 1 project.
